Our virtual office address for businesses is ideal for all types
of business and can be used for the following if required:

Our registered office address is ideal for UK based setups that already have a trading address for customers, invoices and websites etc but want an address for your official mail from Companies House and HMRC or to incorporate a new Ltd Company.

The Registered Office Address Service, provides you with a legal address that Companies House will use to contact you, the service also includes the Directors Service Address, which provides your directors with a private non-residential address to use as their correspondence address at Companies House.  This ensures that the residential home addresses are protected from public display.

FREE scanning of all official mail from Companies House and HMRC, you can select to have your mail posted during sign up, but additional fees do apply. 

For Companies House and HMRC use only, if you want to use the address for customers and clients please choose the business address package.

The Directors can only use the adress at Companies House, it is not intened to provide a contact address for HMRC for self assessment or as a  personal tax contact address. Please use your home address or alternative, these are not publicaly available so safe to provide to HMRC.

Expecting Small Packages?

If you are expecting small packages to arrive for your business or for you personally and wish them to be forwarded to your designated forwarding address, please choose the Sussex location and also select the appropriate mail forwarding option -  post or post+ services.

At the Sussex Office we are available to sign for your packages during business hours and will notify you when they arrive.

We do ask that you notify us when you are expecting a package to arrive and provide tracking details.

We can repackage or consolidate packages if required and arrange couriers/postal collection etc, but there are additional handling/packaging charges please check our terms and prices page for more details.

Also, please remember that we are an office, not a warehouse, so can't receive any large items or pallets - these will be refused or returned to sender. If you have any questions please contact us to discuss.

No packages will be accepted or signed for at our London address, the London address is for business letters only.

Need a Landline Telephone Number?

Virtual telephone numbers are available to purchase during sign up, whether its a London or any outside London number.

You can advertise this number online, on your stationery and deal with customers directly, so you dont have to give out your personal mobile number or home landline.

Once you have signed up we will contact you to discuss the number and arrange for all calls to be diverted from you virtual number to either your mobile or landline number.

You can change your divert number at any time via your online dashboard but please allow a few hours for this to take affect.

Money Laundering Regulations

We take our Money Laundering obligations very seriously.

We are authorised by HMRC to provide mailing services and as required under the Money Laundering Regulations, we ask all clients to provide identification, so that we know who we are do business with. Customers are required to provide proof of identity (e.g. passport/driving licence - with photo ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). 

We also carry out online electronic verification checks against all the information you provide.

If you are based overseas, we do require that all your ID documents are certified or notarised.

Please note that anyone found to be using our address at Companies House or online prior to approval will have any applications rejected.
