Mail is sent via Royal Mail Airmail Service.

We can also scan your mail, either emailing it to you or uploading it into your online account. From your online account you can view, print, or tell us to shred your mail. We can then either post it onto you or we can hold it for you and forward on at a later date. You can choose all your mail forwarding options during the sign up process.

Directors Service Address

For overseas Directors we can provide you with a service address which can be used at Companies House.  

UK Business Address

Real UK Business Address you can use for your sole trader business or limited company. If you plan to be resident overseas and open a UK business, we recommend you get specialist advice to advise you on the tax implications.

Mail Posted Overseas

All your mail can be posted to you daily, weekly or monthly. The costs are covered by your postage deposit. For any packages sent overseas we may have to complete customs declarations, arrange couriers etc. for which we do charge.

Scan and Shred

Posting mail overseas can take a long time, however, you can choose to have your mail scanned and emailed or alternatively securely uploaded into your online account.

We can then shred your mail, hold and post it to you at regular intervals or stored at our offices.

Identification

If you apply for our services from outside the UK, we are required by HMRC to ensure all ID must be notarised/certified. ID is required for all owners/directors/shareholders etc.

Proof of identity and proof of address will be required before we can approve the use of our address.

International Business

This is totally your decision, you can decide to have mail via post or scanned and emailed then sent by post.

When you sign up for the International Address you will be initially asked how often you want your mail forwarded (daily, weekly, monthly) - it is always sent by airmail. You can change this at any time, just contact us via email or phone to make the amendments. For example, if you are going away and want us to hold your mail for a few weeks, that is not a problem.
If you live overseas, you can apply to use our services, however we will require all your identification to be certified or notarised. The Money Laundering Regulations and our licence from HMRC require us to "Know our Client", for people in the UK we have access to online verification of someone identity, however for those living overseas we are unable to verify documents and establish their identity. So, we ask that all documents are certifed/notarised.
Unfortunately, the address can NOT be used at HMRC for the Directors Personal Tax/Self Assessment. Please remember that your companies tax affairs are separate to the tax affairs of the Directors/sole traders or business owners. Self Assessment is for your own personal tax and nothing to do with the business. Please do not use the address as a contact address for your own tax at HMRC.
