For many of our services you have the following options
Scan
- All mail we receive is scanned and can be either emailed direct your chosen inbox or upload it directly into your online dashboard
- You can decide to view, print, download or delete it.
- FREE SCANNING - we do not charge to scan your mail and we will securely shred your mail after scanning.
- We can email it to 2 seperate email addresses - in pdf format.
- It will be held electronically for 6 months if you have an active account with us, after 6 months it will automatically be deleted.
- If you cancel the service, any mail held in your dashboard will be deleted due to data protection.
Post
- This mail forwarding service sends all your post to your home or designated forwarding address.
- You decide on how often your mail is forwarded, such as daily, weekly or monthly and also how it is sent - 1st Class, 2nd Class, Signed For, International etc.
- We add a mailing deposit on sign up which provides us with funds to forward your mail.
- Proof of address is required for any address used as a forwarding address.
- We charge the deposit account the cost of Royal Mail stamp.
- If we receive returned mail from the mail forwarding address on file, we will hold all mail until a new forwarding address and ID is provided.
Post+
- We scan your mail and then forward the post to your home or designated address.
- You decide on often you post is forwarded.
- Scanned mail is sent via email or uploaded into your account.
- Choose to have any mail shredded if you don't need the hard copy.
- We can email it to 2 seperate email addresses - in pdf format.
- The deposit may be to be topped up via the online dashboard if it the total gets below £5.
- Upon cancelling the virtual office any scans and mail held in the online account or at our offices will be deleted or returned to sender.
