If you are a limited company, you may be holding your company registers at our offices - if requested from creditors, shareholders or inspected by Companies House and HMRC we are obliged to provide them with the necessary information. We only provide infomation on the company registers rather then your residential address or contact details.
Your information may also be requested by Trading Standards, HMRC or the Police, if they are investigating you or a company to which you are connected. If requested we will provide them with any information they require.
Protecting your data online
Our webiste is protected with a SSL certificate is signed with NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provides up to 256 bit encryption of customer data. You can check our certificate by clicking onto the lock in the web address line next to the https://. Any passwords issues to clients are automatically generated and not kept on file anywhere on our IT system.
Account Security
When contacting us to discuss your account, you may be asked details to confirm your identity.
When resetting passwords, an automatically generated password will be sent to the email address we have on record.
